SHIPPING
Orders under 100€ will be added a handling fee of 10€.
H. Skjalm P. reserves the right to partial delivery backorders. Backorders will be delivered immediately when the items are back in stock. Shipping is calculated on weight / size of the shipment. Prices are regulated with our couriers’ prices.
Shipping cost will always be added when the order is packed and ready for shipment.
PAYMENT
Our general payment term is 'payment in advance'. Can be negotiated.
DELIVERY
Our freigth partners are GLS and Dachser who deliver worldwide. You are most welcome to pick up your order by your own service provider. Just let us know.

RETURN
If you wish to return an item/order, please contact the office: wholesale@hskjalmp.com before sending the item back. We might want it sent directly to the office or to the warehouse.
GENERAL RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right for: Errors when typing, sold out items, tax changes, price increases from suppliers. We make reservations for sold-out items, but of course notify if an item is sold out immediately after receiving the order.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints has to be send within 8 days after recieval of your order. If any, we kindly ask you to send us an email including pictures of the items that you wish to complain about to wholesale@hskjalmp.com.
